It's May, a month of love and gratitude. May 8th is Parents' Day in Korea and May 9th is Mother's Day in the United States. For Parents' Day and Mother's Day, I'd like to sincerely thank all parents for their kindness and support.

● This is information about the school academic schedule.
May 22nd: Last online class
May 29th: Closing ceremony at the United Presbyterian Church of Seattle gymnasium. There are no online classes and no elective classes on the 29th.

● Online Market Day
Students in our school are responsible for attendance, journals, homework, class attitude, etc. And every year we hold a market day event where students can have fun and spend the Korean play money they receive from their teacher.

Due to the unexpected pandemic, we're holding an online market event this year.
The market day event will be held online on May 15th at the same time for all grades.

Market day events are not just about distributing gifts to students, but also the concept of ‘market’ and ‘Korean currency’. It will be utilized as part of the class combined with Korean language learning under the theme of 'currency' and 'purchase'.
The items that students buy online will be distributed at the closing ceremony on May 29th.
We ask for your interest and cooperation.

● May 29th Closing ceremony
Every teacher will observe social distancing, wear a mask, and take all precautions to make sure the distributed market day items remain sanitary while the Last Day ceremony is taking place. So please rest assured and stop by with your children to spend some meaningful time together.

11:30 am ~ 11:50 am	Middle/High school (Jihye, Mideum, Somang, Sarang)

● Families who are unable to attend the May 29th closing ceremony can stop by the office from 11 am to 1 pm on June 2nd to pick up your children's purchases from market day. If you would like your items delivered we will send it when the shipping fee is paid.
