◈ 지난주 10/5에는 뜻깊은 한글날 기념 행사를 진행하였습니다.

◈ 시애틀 통합 한국학교 학부모회에서 학부모님들을 모시고 만남의 시간을 마련하고자 합니다.
학교를 위해 그리고 우리 아이들의 미래를 위해 자원봉사에 관심있는 분들은 모두 환영합니다.
10월 12일, 오전 9:30 카페테리아에서 모임을 가집니다.
간단한 다과와 커피가 마련될 예정이오니 잠깐 오셔서 좋은 시간 가지시길 바랍니다.
저희는 학부모님들의 도움이 필요합니다. 많은 관심과 참여를 부탁드립니다.
*미리 참석 여부를 알려주시면 다과 준비에 많은 도움이 되겠습니다.

◈ 학부모회의 및 공개수업 날짜가 11월 2일로 변경되었습니다.
학사일정을 첨부합니다.
2교시: 10~10:50 학급수업 참관 및 담임과의 시간
3교시: 11~11:50 학부모회의( 카페테리아 )

◈ 학부모님께 원활하고 효과적인 한국어 교육을 위해 몇 가지 부탁 말씀 드립니다.
· 자녀들을 많이 격려해 주시고, 자녀분들과 한국어로 대화하는 습관을 들여주세요.
· 제 시간에 등교할 수 있도록 도와주세요.
· 숙제를 하고, 준비물을 잘 챙겨 올 수 있도록 도와주세요.
· 결석시 담임 선생님에게 미리 알려주시고, 빠진 수업내용은 웹사이트(www.usbks.us)에서 확인해 주세요. .

◈ 정규 수업만 하는 학생은 pick Up 시간이 12시, 특활반 학생은 1시 입니다.

◈ 점심은 학교에서 제공하지 않습니다. 학생들 각자 간식을 가져와야 합니다.  
◈ 등하교 시간은 통행차량이 많아 매우 혼잡합니다. 학교앞 노란색 라인은 주차가 금지되어 있습니다.
자녀분 drop off / pick up만 가능한 구역입니다. 적극적인 협조를 부탁드립니다.
귀중품은 반드시 소지하고 차 안에는 되도록 어떠한 물건도 두지마시기 바랍니다.

◈ We will be having an informational meeting for all parents and volunteers who are interested in joining the PTA and/or helping the school.
The informational meeting will be on Saturday October 12th in the cafeteria at 9:30AM. We will provide coffee and some snacks for everyone.
We would greatly appreciate all your help, as our students and school would love as much support as possible.
We look forward to seeing you on October 12th!
* Please rsvp for the meeting so that we know about how many people to expect to prepare the snacks and coffee.

◈The date of the Open House has been changed to November 2nd.  
Attached is the revised school schedule.  
2nd Period: 10~10:50 Visit Class & Meet Home teacher
3rd Period: 11~11:50 Parents Meeting

◈  We would like to ask you to follow the procedures listed below, to help us to provide better education more efficiently..
· Encourage your children to speak or write in Korean, and also use Korean when you talk with your children.
· Help your children to be in class on time.
· Have your children do their homework and prepare class materials if needed.
· In case of absence, please notify the teacher in advance, and you can visit the school website (www.usbks.us) to find summary of lessons and homework.

◈ Times to pick up - regular class: 12:00 pm   /   enrichment class: 1:00 pm

◈ Lunch is not served in school. All students must bring their snack.  

◈  Please do not park in the Drop Off Area with the yellow line. This area is ONLY for dropping off and picking up students. Parking in this area causes traffic, can be dangerous, and prevents timely drop off and pick up.
If you must park, there are plenty of parking spaces for that purpose. As a reminder, do not leave any valuables in your vehicle to prevent any potential burglary. Thank you for your cooperation.
